Howdy! I’m Ann Tenero, founder, Cowgirl and CEO of HR Rodeo!
How is HR like a rodeo? If you are a business owner and ever had a serious HR matter, then you will understand. For business owners that haven’t had issues yet, you will, and it can make you feel like you are in a rodeo getting bucked off your horse and can be scary! HR issues can be complex, come out of nowhere and are high risk for your business. Experience
I have over a decade of HR experience as an HR Officer in Government, HR VP and HR Director, a Masters in HR and am SHRM Certified. I take a holistic approach to consulting, focusing on every aspect of your people and business. In addition to my decade of HR experience, I have a decade of experience as a Criminal Trial Paralegal with the U.S. Dept of Justice. This experience gives me a leading edge in the HR field with regulatory compliance, policy drafting, and complex HR investigations.
